R. SALVADORI HURT IN CRASH

(N.Z. Press Assoc SYDNEY. Feb. 4. The British racing driver. Roy Salvador!, is in a Sydney hospital after a crash in his Cooper Climax at Warwick Farm yesterday. The latest report from the hospital said Salvadori was in a “fairly satisfactory condition.”

Doctors at Liverpool District Hospital said the extent of his injuries would not be known until after X-rays are examined today. “He is resting quietly and appears to be in a fairly satisfactory condition,” a hospital spokesman said.
