Trade Agreement

Press Assn.—Copyright) ACCRA, February 2 Ghana and Russia signed a £15.000,000 long-term trade and payment agreement and an economic and technical agreement in Accra yesterday, the British United Press reported. Under the agreements, Russia will build a railway line, establish industries and train Ghanaians in trades and professions.
No Decision. — The British Parliamentary Labour Party has discussed Britain's application to enter the common market—but without reaching any decision. This outcome suited the official party leaders, headed by Mr Hugh Gaitskell, who have so far managed to restrain their supporters from coming out with a flat declaration for or against joining the market.— London, February 1.
