Terms Of Nth. Auck. Farmers’ Issue North Auckland Farmers' Co-operative. Ltd., which is issuing 200,000 ordinary 5s shares at par on the basis of one for each £1 preference share held and one for each four ordinary 5s shares held, has announced the terms of lits issue. The full amount of each share offered is payable upon acceptance. These shares will not qualify for an interim dividend during this financial year but will qualify for one quarter of the full year's dividend, that may be declared for the year ending June 30. 1952. and thereafter rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares. The transfer books of the company will close for 14 days on February 8, 1962, and the letters of entitlement and application forms, etc., will be mailed to shareholders on February 23.
