Addington Stand Fire
Sir,—The authorities have given their views on several aspects of the Addington fire; but they have made no effort to explain the delay from the discovery of the fin. at about 445 pjn when it was ot household grate size, until it developed into a fire of sufficient magnitude to set the sprinkler alarm system in operation at 5.1 p.m.—Yours. etc., PRO BONO PUBUCO December 27, 1961.
