Nimbus Cloud and Tocsin, both members of J. C. Hobbs’s Oamaru team, will be scratched for their engagements at Washdyke today. Nimbus Cloud is in the Fairview Hack Handicap and Tocsin in the Smithfield Hack Handicap, the second leg of the double.
