BLOOD BANK HOURS
Holiday Service To ensure that a continuous supply of fresh blood for the various hospitals would be available over the holidays, the blood bank at the Christchurch Hospital would remain open on some of the holidays, said Mr T. W. Smith, secretary of the North Canterbury Blood Transfusion Service, yesterday. The times at which the blood bank will be open are: Wednesday, December 27, 9.15 am. to 10.45 am.; Thursday. December 28, 2 pm. to 330 pm; Wednesday, January 3, 9.15 am. to 10.45 am.; Thursday, January 4. 2 pm. to 330 p.m.; Saturday, January 6 9.15 am. to 10 a.m.
