Fish Supply
An average quantity of fish was available in Christchurch yesterday. Gurnard was particularly plentiful while flounders and soles were scarce. Prices were changed little from those of Tuesday. Gurnard sold in the shops at 2s fid per pound, groper at 4s to 4s 6d per pound, soles at 3s 6d per pound and flounders at 3s per pound.
