Ideal Citizen
Sir,—ln the Boy Scout competition (first prize a trip t<o Engiliand for two) competitors had to place in the correct order 12 given attributes ' which, must be possessed by the ideal citizen. The judges, all leading ' New Zealanders, in a pre-arranged list, placed cleanliness last of the 12. Oh Se. Next time I see an untidy. unwashed latter-bug I must be careful how I approach him; he might be one of our leading citizens.— Yours, etc., THROW OUT THE LIFEBUOY. December 12, 1961.
