(NZ.PZ.-Rautar— Copyright) LONDON. Dec. 7. Food production in Scotland has risen by 70 per cent, over the 1939 figure, it was stated by Mr W. G. Leburn, Parliamentary Secretary of State for the Scottish Office, speaking on “the real success" achieved by Scottish agriculture. A remarkable achievement waa that for the first time there were now two million cattle in Scotland.
