LOCKED TOGETHER these aircraft landed at the Red Bird airport in Dallas on November 22. The pilots were not injured. The propeller of the top aircraft smashed into the cabin of the other aircraft, damaging the wing fuel tanks and missing the pilot’s head by six inches. The lower aircraft was coasting down the runway when the smaller aircraft struck and firmly wedged both planes together.
