Crossen. R. A. Grainger, P Hames, R. E. Johnson, I. L. Mehrtens, H. Pennington. P. Q. Rawley, H. F. Royds. T. L Smith, G. F Turner and A. G. Williams. Nine sitting members of th* board did not retire.
