Sneezing Driver Fined
(N.Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 29. A sneeze resulted in a car crashing into the vehicle in front of it and the driver being fined £lO when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland today. Gilmour Ernest James, aged 19. a press operator, admitted driving without due care and attention. James was driving over Grafton bridge when he suddenly sneezed and in so doing lowered his head. When he looked up he was only a few feet away from the car in front, which had stopped, and was unable to avoid hitting it.
