No Replies On Space Plan

Seven European nations have failed to answer a British dead-line set for agreement on formation of a European Space Club. Plans for the space club were drawn up at a nine-Power conference in London, which ended on November 3.
Britain, France, Australia. West Germany and five other European countries took part in the conference. A diplomatic source said the time limit had now been extended one week, because none of the seven European nations had answered.
