Congo Units To Be Withdrawn

(NZ.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LEOPOLDVILLE, November 25. The United Nations today dropped a plan ta disarm the mutinous Congolese garrison at Kindu, but it agreed the two units believed responsible for the massacre of 13 Italian airmen two weeks ago should be withdrawn immediately.

The proposals were contained in a reply to a letter from the Congolese Prime Minister (Mr Cyrille Adoula) by the Swedish Congo United Nations chief (Dr. Store Linner).
