League Tour Takings
(N.Z.P.A.-Rettter—CopprtpM) LONDON.. November 24. The New Zealand Rugby League team which recently toured England took £5OOO more in the 20 matches they played than the 1955 touring side took in Us 26 matches. Gross receipts from the 20 games amounted to £42X2. the New Zealand share, 65 per cent, coming to £27,656. The three test matches against England netted the Kiwis £12.047. Profits from the tour are not expected to be announced for several weeks.
