Man’s Award Of £3267 Damages
(N.Z. Press Association) NAPIER, Nov. 23. Cyril Arvidson Grant, aged 54, of Napier, was awarded £3267 damages by a jury in the Supreme Court. Napier, today. The amount comprises £2625 general da-m- ■ I ages and £642 special dam- ! ages. j Grant claimed £4142 dami ages from Auto Industries, Ltd, Onekawa. for injuries suffered in a fall while he . was working for tire comi pany. I Grant suffered a severe ; spinal injury when he fell ; Bft from the roof of a ■ storeroom on to a concrete floor.
