The appointments are subject to annual renewal, and no provision is made for superannuation or travelling expenses. There are ample facilities for proceeding to higher degrees as about half-time during term and practically full-time during vacations is available for a tutor’s own advanced studies and research. The academic year in 1962 will begin on March 5, and it is desirable that successful candidates should be in Adelaide before that date.
