INTERPRETATION OF AWARD
Hearing Of Case Delayed
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 16. An application for an award interpretation in the dispute between the Auckland General Labourers’ Union and the New Zealand Engineers’ Union over hoisting pipes into position on the Kawerau paper mill extension contract was adjourned in the Court at Auckland today. The hearing will now take place in Wellington. Counsel for the parties— Mr W. R. Tucker (engineers! and Mr J. L. Charters (labourers)—discussed the hearing with the Court in chambers. Counsel said later the hearing had been delayed "owing to technical difficuties common to both sides in preparation of their cases.”
