U.S. Plans On E.E.C.
(N .Z.P.A.-Revter—Copyright) WASHINGTON, Nov. 10. Proposed trade law changes to enable the United States to deal with an expanded European Common Market may be revealed at an international conference in Geneva later this month. United States officials said last night. The conference, the nineteenth session of the contracting parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, will be held on Nocember 13-December 8, with a Ministerial-level session on November 27-30.
