Girl Stole From Beneficiary
(NJt. Press Association) ROTORUA, Nov. 12. A 14-year-old girl who stole £4OO from, an age beneficiary was yesterday placed under supervision for one vear by Mr G. j. Donne. S:M.. in the Children's Court at Rotorua. At an earlier appearance the girl pleaded guilty to the charge and Mr Donne adjourned the hearing for a fortnight. At that hearing the Court was told by Detective Senior. Sergeant W. T. Cook how the girl took the money from a bag while visiting the age beneficiary. The girl gave some of the money to her . mother and some to her teaeher, telling them the money was found, he said. ■>:
