Naval Exercise-— The New Zealand cruiser Royalist and the frigate Otago are cooperating with the Australian and Royal Navies and the Royal Australian Air Force in a major exercise off the New South Wales coast. The first stage of the five-day manoeuvres began today with an exercise designed to test Australian ability to protect busy shipping lanes against submarine attack.— Canberra, November 10.
