During a quick world tour Mr Kitching hopes to explore marketing prospects. He is accompanied by his wife, a former interior decorator. Mr Kitching said he did not believe textile manufacturers were unduly concerned about th. present restrictions. “We feel that as soon as these are eased we will be able to do something again,” he said. New Zealand business organisations already approached had all shown a cooperative interest in his firm’s new range of fabrics to be introduced throughout the Dominion early next year, said Mr Kitching.
