IN.Z. Prtts Association! WELLINGTON, Oct. IS, In a reserved judgment delivered today the Court of Appeal allowed an appeal brought by Samuel Himone, of Masterton, a freezing worker, against his sentence of 18 months’ imrisonment on one count of assault causing actual bodily harm. The Court quashed the present sentence and substituted a sentence ot 12 months’ imprisonment to run from the date whan th* first sentence was imposed
