(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MELBOURNE, October 12. The Adelaide trainer, C. Hayes, today scratched Red Eagle. Rose of Summer and Tengku from the Caulflfad Cup (one mile and a half) on October 21. The withdrawals of Red Eagle, which came from New Zealand, and Rose of Summer, have boosted the hopes of owners of Caulfield Cup "doubtfuls” likely to be eliminated. Red Eagle and Rose, of Summer were certain of a start. Rose at Summer and Tengku galloped together at Flemington today, but Hayes decided to miss Caulfield on Saturday,
