Have a reasonably late mode! car The authority also rules that, except in special circumstances. no further transfer of the licence will be approved until one year from
the date of transfer provided there is no breach of the licence at the time of the application for transfer. In a report signed by Ute chairman (Mr R. W. Cox) the committee says it has granted applications which it would have preferred to refuse. But because the applicants were not forewarned of the possibility of such action, it was considered unjust not to grant the transfers.
