SPEEDBOATS ON T.V.
A cameraman will take shote of the New Brighton Power Boat Club’s opening-ihe-season regatta at the Estuary this afternoon. The film will be telecast on Channel 3 in “Grandstand,’* the station’s sports review, on Monday evening.
Club officials expect a big turnout from the 115 boots on its register. The cameraman should obtain some Interesting shots when the boats are taken down to the river near the club’s social hail, and it is expected that the camera will later be mounted on one speedboat to film others racing on the Estuary.
