ASSAULT ON HUSBAND
Physical Education Instructor Fined (NJ!.- Press Association) DUNEDIN, Oct. 6. “If you take my advice you will, in future, walkaway from people you feel inclined to assault., and keep away from other people’s wives," Mr J. D. Willis, S.M., told 'Diomas Frederick Bolton, aged 36. a physical education instructor, who appeared for sentence on a charge of having assaulted Peter Andrew Sharp at Dunedin on July 19. Bolton, who had pleaded not guilty, was fined £4O. "Offences of this nature have been causing the courts considerable concern recently,” said the Magistrate “The cause of the whole of the trouble in this instance is the fact that Bolton has been unduly friendly with Sharp s wife.”
