DRAINAGE BOARD ELECTION.—This map shows the sub-districts of the Christchurch Drainage Board’s area. The triennial elections will be held today in the following wards:—Avon, Linwood, North-east, South-east, South-west, St. Albans, Spreydon-Halswell, Waimairi, and Woolston. In the other five sub-districts candidates have been elected unopposed.
