Forecast: Canterbury.—South-westerlies, probably fresh for a time this morning, with a few passing showers in exposed coastal areas, but moderate variable winds and mainly fine elsewhere; cool on the coasts; moderate day temperatures inland. Outlook: mqinly fine. Coastal areas of Marlborough.—South-westerlies freshening for a time, with possibly a few showers, otherwise mainly fine, but cool. Outlook: mainly fine. Inland Marlborough, Nelson, and West Coast.— South-westerlies, freshening at times; fine, with moderate day temperatures. Outlook: fine.
