Decision To Live In Sydney (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, October 4. The jockey, W. A. Smith, one of the leading riders in New Zealand in recent years, has decided to live in Sydney. Smith made the announcement, tonight after winning a double at Randwick on Astronaut and Neutron. It was Smith’s first success at Randwick. Recently he won a double at Rosehill on Nukuatu and Shakespeare. Smith said he would ride at the Melbourne spring carnivals before settling in Sydney. He will ride the A.J.C. Derby winner. Summer Fair, in the Caulfield Cup.
