(W2. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Ort. 2. New Zealand and Australia should have a far better working relationship so they could combine to withstand economic shocks, an Australian businessman said today. He is Mr H. M. Lightfoot, who was passing through Wellington on his way to Melbourne after a business visit to England. Mr Lightfoot said the view prevailing in business circles in England was that England would join the European Common. Market. Notifiable Diseases.— Four cases of notifiable diseases were reported in the Christchurch health district last week. They comprised three Cases of infective hepatitis and one of pemphigus neonatorum, a disease of the newborn. One death was reported, from tuberculosis.
