The newspaper said the move by the Brazzaville group developed with this apparent feeding: “If the Nationalist Chinese veto Outer Mongolia’s application in the Security Council, Russia will veto a similar application by the African republic at Mauritania, whose admittance has become an emotional objective to the Brazzaville countries."
