SATURDAY (Before Messrs B. S. H. Ward and G. W. Fairweather, Justices of the Peace) REMANDED
Robert Gerald Hirini, aged 23, a workman, was remanded in custody to October 5 on a charge of breaking and entering the countinghouse of Hillary and Baxter. 179 Manchester street and committing theft on September 19.
Andrew Callinan, aged 35. a truck driver, was remanded on bail until today on charges of behaving in a disorderly manner in the public bar of the Lancaster Park Hotel and using obscene language, on Friday.
