The building is a single block approximately 120,000 square feet in total floor area arranged on 10 floors, including two levels of partial basement. Construction is in reinforced concrete, incorporating a high proportion of pre-cast concrete elements and including the prestressing of the main floor system. The contract includes site preparation, some access reading and other paving, the interior subdivision of the building and mechanical and electrical services. Principal tenderers will be required to provide a single comprehensive price, including all sub-trades and specialist services.
