Widow Claims £12,605
(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, Sept. 22. A fatal accident at Ohura on January 22, 1959, when a timber truck driver received fatal burns is the subject of a claim for £12.500 general damages and £lO5 special damages before Mr Justice Hutchison and a jury in the Supreme Court at Hamilton.
The plaintiff is Genawifa Wanda Nussbaumer, widow, of Ohura. The defendants are H. Allen Wills, Ltd., transport operators, of Thames, and Harold Russell Davies, a transport operator, of Cambridge. The hearing is proceeding.
