International Tournament
The final matches in the Canterbury Football Association's annual international tournament will be played at English Park on Sunday, September 3.
At last evening’s meeting of the association’s managei ent committee the secretary (Mr E. H. Williams) said that the City Council had approved these matches for the benefit of the injured players’ fund. The curtain-raiser will be between the first round losers, Scotland and Holland, before the final between England and New Zealand.
