Dalton Now In 51st Place (NZ.P-A-Reuter —Copyright) TOURS (France), July 15. J. Janssen (Holland) won the 13th stage in the Tour de L’Avenir amateur cycle race today being run in conjunction with the Tour de France. The stage covered 127 miles from Limoges to Tours. Guido Derosso (Italy) retained the lead in the race, which ends tomorrow. The New Zealander, Warwick Dalton, was 68th in the stage placings, and lay 51st in the overall placings. In the professional Tour de France, Ondre Darrigade of the French national team won the 20th stage of the race. With one stage left, the French team’s Jacques Anquetil retained the overall lead.
