Marlborough—North-west winds becoming fresh; cloud increasing; some rain likely later in the day; moderate afternoon temperatures. West Coast.—Light or moderate variable winds tending northerly; scattered showers at first but more general rain developing; temperatures cool. Nelson.—Light or moderate variable winds tending northerly; cloud increasing; rain likely later; moderate afternoon temperatures. Outlook: some showers at times in most districts.
