Press Assn—Copyright) BRISBANE, June 30 Prince Lea. outright fourth favourite, isr the best favoured of the New Zealand-bred horses which will run in the Doomben Ten Thousand at Doomben tomorrow. Prince Lea has had a fairly easy week since the Healy Stakes, but is trained to the minute and his trainer, B. Conaghan. 13 confident. Queen of the May has enough form to contest the finish, especially as she finished second in the event last year The New Z«taland-owned horse. Dusky Oman, must be considered because he won the Railway Handicap, six furlongs, at Ellerslie first up, and that is the hardest New Zealand sprint to win. Lady Sybil’s form in Melbourne at her last start suggests she is returning to her I best. Aquanita is another at the top of his form He might have been a little unlucky in -finishing third in the Stradbroke Handicap
Lion Hunter The favourite. Lion Hunter, is a Doomben specialist, having won five races on the track, one of them in record time. He has been reserved for this race. Lion Hunter has drawn No 2 Merabilly was not disgraced when he finished fourth in the Healy Stakes, but Prince Lea’s second was better.
