Court Closed To Press.— Mr Dillon. S.M., this afternoon decided that the vend-ing-machine case in the Melbourne City Court should be closed to the press. He referred to statements made today by counsel, for some of the accused men. which claimed that the fair trial of their clients was being prejudiced by newspaper reports.—Melbourne, June 29.
