The Cuban Prime Minister 'Dr. Castro) added a new cornels ton to his tractorsprLsor.ers proposal last night by asking a committee representing United States fundraisers to visit Cuba to conclude Use deal. Havane Radio said Dr. Castro’s cabinet approved Dr Castros request about 13 hours before the 1 pm. deadline set by the United States fund-raising committee for an answer to its tractor proposal “The problem cannot be solved merely by the eable route . . Dr. Castro was quoted as saying. "It would be more satisfactory tor a delegation to come to Cuba.” He suggested it include Cite principal members of the committee, preferably Mrs Eleanor Roosevelt and Mr Milton Eisenhower, brother of the former President He said such a delegation might discuss either the tractor deal or his alternative proposal for an exchange of Cubans captured in the abortive April invasion for “poiiitioal prisoners” of the United States and other nations. Dr. Castro had previously listed Francisco Molina, convicted killer of a nine-year-old Venezuelan girl in a New York restaurant brawl, among the “political prisoners” whose release he would like to arrange.
