Report <N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 29. The Cabinet will meet again tomorrow for the second time this week and will discuss the Dunk Report on the terms of reference for the proposed Royal Commission on the Public Service.

In its election policy the National Party said it would appoint a Royal Commission to consider the changes that had taken place in the structure and functions of the Public Service since the 1912 Royal Commission and recommend such changes as it deems necessary and desirable to ensure that the Public Service is adequately staffed, trained and equipped to carry out its more complex functions.
