The Federal Government will attempt to get Court action today to prevent any repetition of rioting against “Freedom Riders" in Alabama bus stations. United States Judge Frank Johnson will hear arguments in the Federal District Court this morning and decide whether to continue the temporary order issued against the Ku Klux Klan eight days ago restraining it from committing acts likely to lead to violence. The Justice Department, headed by the AttorneyGeneral, Mr Robert Kennedy, the President’s brother, has claimed that K.KK. members led rioting mobs in Montgomery and in Birmingham against “Freedom Riders” in the last two weeks also that local police deliberately failed to restrain them
