Work Of Federated Mountain Clubs

District rescue kits had been installed at Murchison and Tauranga during the year, bringing the total of district kits in New Zealand to 27, said a report on sekfeh and rescue included in the annual report presented to the annual meeting of the Federated Mountain Clubs of New Zealand on Saturday. A longer version of the Neill Robertson stretcher had been ordered for Alexandra. Murchison. Maaterton and Tauranga. At the request of the Police and the Civil Aviation Administration, a short pamphlet on what to do when small aircraft crashed in remote country had been written. Advice on essential life-saving equipment for small aircraft had also been given.
