COMMERCIAL TARIFF: The commercial tariff to be reduced by providing that the first 230 unite be charged at M. replacing the present scale of the first 240 units at sd. Holders of licence, previously issued by the Malvern County Council may renew same by post, provided the current licence is enclosed, together with prescribed fee and stamped addressed envelope. Personal application must be made by drivers holding a licence issued elsewhere. Drivers who do not have to produce medical certificate, may elect to renew their licences for any number of years up to five. FEE: Five shillings per year, plus one shilling if a new cover is required.
