Take-Over Of Peerless
Harnish and Jordan, Ltd, Auckland Venetian blind manufacturer, has bought for cash all the share capital of Peerless Venetians, Ltd, of Milford, Auckland. Peerless Venetians will continue in producing its Artcraft blinds in the meantime. but eventually the Milford factory will be integrated with the production of Harnish and Jordan plants Auckland, Nelson. Christchurch and Invercargill. The purchase price for Peerless Venetians has not been disclosed. The managing director (Mr A. C. Edmiston) will continue to manage the Milford factory.
