WALLET THEFT
Arrest In Three Minutes Slightly more than three minutes after a wallet had been stolen from a New Regent street shop about 8.45 pm. yesterday, a youth was apprehended by a police constable on his beat in Armagh street The youth was pursued along New Regent street m the direction of the river by several bystanders after the owner of the wallet had called out. Constable E. J. Niven heard the shouts and saw the youth running along Armagh street He gave chase and appre. hended him in Oxford ter. race. The youth will appear tn the Magistrate's Court this morning.
