Drug Charges Remand
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May I. A taxi driver, Donald Michael O'Loughlin, aged 24, was remanded for depositions to May 17 by Mr L. G. H. Sinclair, S.M., when he appeared in the Auckland Magistrate’s Court today on four charges connected with a dangerous drug. The charges are selling a dangerous drug on April 20, having, a dangerous drug in his possession on April 22. and two of being idle and disorderly on the same days, in that he unlawfully had about his person a deleterious drug.
