A.M.P. Bonus Rates

Chiefly because of a higher return from investments, the Australian Mutual Provident Society’s bonus rate for 1960 will be the highest for 31 years. The general manager, Mr H. B. G. Walker, announcing this in Sydney, said the bonus would add about £3sm to the value of policies. This was an increase of £s.lm on the previous year, he said. The cash surplus for distribution was £2.4m higher at £ 18.2 m.
