PAUSES PRODUCTION OF FERTILISER

New Output Peak Reached Output of fertiliser from all works in New Zealand during the year ended June 30, 1960, reached a new* peak of 1,128,477 tons, compared with the previous record of 1,055,287 tons in 1955-56, said Mr J. M. Paterson, chairman of Kempthorne Prosser and Company’s New Zealand Drug Company, Ltd., 'at the annual meeting in Dunedin yesterday. It was now obvious that there had been a handsome recovery from the low point in 1958-59. when total deliveries in the country amounted to only 915.703 tons. 23 P.C.
